Clinical Supervision

Are you a Therapist who has recently graduated from your Master’s program and require supervision hours?  I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a CRPO approved Clinical Supervisor.  I supervise RP(Q) Therapists and RP therapists who continue to seek supervision beyond their required hours.  I offer individual and dyadic supervision.  I have been in private practice for almost 10 years and have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I supervise from a relational and integrative approach.

You bring your knowledge, thoughts and impressions about your client and I offer new ideas, perspectives and ways of seeing things. How you feel in your work can also be a rich source of information and can impact the therapy; so, although supervision is not therapy, it can lead to learning about yourself as you explore your assumptions, values and feelings and how they inform your work.

My goal is for you to gain confidence in your clinical skills, and to identify your areas of growth.   You will find my approach to be warm, inviting, and nonjudgmental—I offer a safe place for us to explore the art & science of psychotherapy and yourself as a Therapist.  In addition, I provide you with practical suggestions to empower your clients, supporting a positive outcome in their therapy.  I am accessible and very responsive to your needs—my goal is for you to be successful.
